Embargoed Products

An embargo is placed for foods which contents or ingredients are prohibited in that country. If such product is added to the shopping cart, an error message will appear after logging in. In such case, please delete the embargoed food from the shopping cart in order to checkout.

Shelf life and Best-By Dates

All of our food products have at least a shelf life longer than 3 months.
However please note that some products may be past the best-by date depending on our inventory situation.

Shipping Method

We do not offer SAL as a shipping option for food as it may take time to arrive making the best-by date to expire. We will pack our food products in a sturdy box.

Ordering

Your product will be canceled from your order if the item is not received within two weeks due to shortage. You will be notified via email if any items are canceled. *Only the unavailable product will be canceled.

Ingredient Labeling and Allergens

All of our food products are safe which are distributed throughout Japan.
However as for food containing allergic components, please purchase at your own discretion and responsibility. Please be reminded that we can not take responsibility if they cause allergic reactions.
Although we do indicate all information available, some products are not provided with the ingredient labeling. If you have allergies but can not confirm the ingredients on our website, please feel free to contact us by email(infoatcooljapannow.jp).

Defective Products

If you find a damage or defect on the item upon arrival, please contact our customer support before opening the package.
