| About Deep-steamed Tea |

Tastes Over Appearance Deep-steamed tea leaves appear to be thin and powdery like lower-grade tea. However, the color of tea is beautiful green, and taste is rich and mild. Green tea is known as a rich source of nutrients essential for health such as Vitamin A, Vitamin E, fiber, chlorophyll, minerals and more. However, many of these nutrients are not soluble in water, and therefore are not absorbed into the body easily with hot water. However, as deep-steamed tea contains a lot of tea leaves fragments, they are more easily taken in, along with water soluble nutrients such as catechin known as an excellent anti-oxidant.
